1.) Once assigned a checking period, it cannot be
changed. It is yours forever!
2.) Once a slot is vacated, everyone in that column
will move up, keeping their same date, but moving the empty slot to the bottom.
3.) Anyone working Kancea
that requests’ a checking period shall be assigned from LEFT to RIGHT on the
FIRST available vacant slot.
4.) In the case of multiple requests’ for a checking
period at one time, the slots will be assigned by seniority and once again,
filled from
the first available slot working left to right. Kancea engineer classes will be filled the same way in
seniority order.
5.) Their will be NO preference given. Any vacant
checking period will be filled from left to right
